We are so looking forward to seeing everyone for some dancing, learning, making new friends, and being part of this amazing community we have in Brisbane and having so much fun along the way. 🙂

 We are happy to invite you to a relaxing Sunday afternoon to get together with friends, put on your dancing shoes and dance to great tunes...oh not to forget to have cups of tea and cake. ☕🍰 It couldn't be better!!! 🙂

Well, this is a best place to experience Zouk for the first time with a fun absolute beginner class by our friendly instructors and then a welcoming social party after. These Practicas are aiming to provide you with a friendly and accommodating place to improve your dancing skills and practice all those amazing moves which you learnt in your classes and at workshops & festivals. Please come along with an open mind so we could have the opportunity to grow together.  

Classes for new dancers/Zoukers and those with more experience 🙂

In this edition of Zouk Sundays we will have 1 hour of class time, where we will focus on a fun combination taught by Behrouz & his teaching assistance team at Cloud 9 Zouk. 

We also have an Introductory zouk class, assisted by wonderful volunteers from our community, for those who are new to dancing or new to the Zouk style. 🙂

Classes will be followed by optional 1 hour of Practica, where you are welcome to ask us questions,  or practice & dancing time and 3 more hours of party / social dancing.      🕺💃 

This event is open to all of our Zouk members in our community.

⌚TIME:    4:30pm Doors open

5:00pm Classes start promptly at 5pm (please arrive 15 min prior for sign in)

📃SCHEDULE:   

⌚4:30 PM ...... Doors Open & warm up   

⌚5 - 6 PM ...... Separate Beginner Intro class (Perfect for new dancers)

⌚5 - 6 PM ...... Separate Open workshop (Social Combo)

⌚6 - 10 PM ..... Party/Social Dancing time!     

LEVEL:    

> Intro Beginner Class: No experience or partner required and everyone is welcome! 

> Open Level Workshop:  Intermediate or those who have completed a beginner course in Zouk with a school and know their basics.

💰INVESTMENT: 

🤑 $20 for 1 hour of Class & 4 hours of Practica & dancing time.       

🤑 $10 for Cloud9 Zouk Members (on the subscription plan)
